Who processes your data?
Phoenix Personalvermittlung GmbH, Hopfenstrasse 8, 80335 Munich, Germany, commercial register HRB 300606, represented by its managing director Lidia Trifonova. Contact: [email protected], phone +49 89 21558309.
What we store and why
We store the details you enter in this form — name, place of residence, professional experience, shift preference, driving licences and certificates, your WhatsApp number and/or email address and a CV if you choose to upload one. The sole purpose is to place you in a job. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR for us to contact you.
Sharing
Your profile is passed to a potential employer only if you agree to it beforehand in each individual case. Without your agreement, your name does not leave our office.
Your documents
Files you upload (CV, photograph, driving licence, certificates) are not stored on the web server. They are held encrypted on storage operated by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany. Both the contents and the file names are encrypted; the key is kept solely on our own server. Anyone with access to that storage could neither open the files nor tell what they are called. When your profile is deleted, the files there are deleted with it. There is a limit of 20 MB per file and 25 files per person.
Your inbox and job offers
Your personal link gives you an inbox. That is where we put specific jobs that match your profile — with the employer, the location, the pay and a description. When you click “Interested”, that click is at the same time your consent for us to present your profile to exactly this employer; without that click it does not happen. From the moment the data is transmitted, the employer is a controller for your data in its own right. If you click “Not for me”, we pass nothing on; a reason is voluntary and only helps us with the next offer. We tell you about new offers by the routes you have given us — email, WhatsApp or the mailbox of the German Federal Employment Agency.
Getting back into your profile
If you have lost your edit link, you can enter your email address under “Open your profile” and get a new one. For security reasons the page always gives the same answer — even when we have no profile for that address. That way nobody can use this form to find out who is registered with us. The link is valid for 45 minutes and can be used once.
Where the data is held
On a server we rent in Germany. For sending email we use Resend (Resend, Inc.) as a processor, processing within the EU. No analytics cookies are set and no external fonts or tracking services are loaded.
For how long
Until the placement is complete, and at most 24 months after your last reply. After that we delete automatically.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection under Art. 15–21 GDPR. Your edit link has a button that lets you delete your profile yourself, immediately. An informal message to [email protected] is just as good. You may lodge a complaint with the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
How we know you
If we contacted you through a personal link, the pre-filled details come from the profile you yourself published in the applicant pool (Bewerberbörse) of the German Federal Employment Agency (Art. 14 GDPR). You can change or clear every one of those fields; we only store what you send.
